Uplink Technologies Limited (Bole Brass Century Building, 4th Floor, Office #409, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) operates as a licensed telecommunications provider under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Ethiopian Communications Authority (ECA).

2. Information We Collect

We process transaction metadata, telephone numbers (MSISDNs) for SMS and payment dispatch, IP addresses for API authentication, and corporate contact records strictly necessary to fulfill telecommunications and payment contracts.

3. Regulatory Retention & Security

In accordance with ECA QoS Directive No. 794/2021, Ethiopian Telecom Fraud Offence Proclamation No. 761/2012, and National Bank of Ethiopia directives, telecommunications delivery records and financial logs are cryptographically secured using AES-256 and retained for the statutory regulatory period.
